Overall, good experience and product for remote teams

I like how easy it was setup with our team! The support staff are very friendly & knowledgeable about their products which makes them feel right at home when they're helping us out over chat or phone calls. Their customer service has been great so far - we've had no issues since getting started using this software (about 3 weeks now). It's not perfect but what can be? We have realized some benefits already including being able to keep track of emails easily via tags instead of having multiple tabs open within Outlook while working together remotely.

  • My only complaint would definitely relate back towards my overall experience as an end user here from day 1; specifically speaking regarding all those hours logged into work email accounts.
