Not "thick " and accordingly not very durable - mine is already crumbling.

I use these to protect the countertop near the stove. I have vegetable oil bottles, spice jars, salt and pepper grinders, etc. I haven't handled them too roughly, but some of them have broken corners. They are actually only about 1/8 inch thick. I'm already looking for a thicker, more durable replacement.
