Will not fit Rough Plumbing
3" size is misleading. They are larger than the ones I have in my toto bowl and they have a 3" diameter valve throughout. It is 4" overall, including the rim that sits on top of the bowl. But 3" in my opinion refers to the size of the outlet, not the entire valve. Sorry, too late to return.
