This is my second post. My first post was not positive. However, I am really impressed with this seller/company! You contacted me over a month ago to apologize for my frustration. I never saw your messages until a few days ago. Not my fault but simply because of how the Revain messenger works, not being able to delete unwanted messages etc. I just sort of checked. Anyway, the message that was sent to me so long ago was not just an empty apology, they were genuinely sorry that my first experience wasn't good and they wanted to make it right. Since it's been so long I didn't think they would go through with their offer to fix things. But YOU DID IT! I couldn't be more grateful and happy! I just got my new tablet about 20 minutes ago so I can't 100% say how well it works, but so far I'm loving it! I love these sellers and recommend them! Disappointing when items don't work, are broken, not as described etc., but ten times worse when the seller doesn't seem to care. This seller cares about their customers and I recommend 100%!
