I bought 5 different bags before settling on this one. And i love it! I bought this to replace my diaper bag. I have a preschooler and a toddler so I was ready to move in but I still have a few things to carry. Pros: This bag is super soft and luxurious yet easy to clean, water resistant and scratch free. I haven't had any problems with zippers; they look very solid. This bag has a lot of pockets - 5 outside pockets and 6 inside pockets. I have no problem accommodating everything I need for my daily walks and finding things with ease. It was particularly important to me that my water bottles and leak-proof cups fit in the side pockets. These bags fit in every water bottle! The bag fits perfectly when you put it down. The 3 different grip options are amazing. I use all 3 (handle for quick car take out, shoulder strap for everyday carry and backpack straps when my hands are full or I'm struggling with kids). Cons: This bag is quite heavy, especially when full. I don't know how heavy, but significant. I think weight can be an issue for some people.
