This monitor is a good monitor. However, the first one I got had a dead pixel at eye level. I contacted their support and they were top notch and replaced the monitor. Unfortunately, this monitor also had a dead pixel, which was now in the lower right corner. I've tried multiple apps to revive the dead pixels on both monitors to no avail. I didn't contact support for the second time because the dead pixel wasn't in the main field of view and wasn't blocking my vision and wasn't "stuck to my eyes". when it will be you It was in a range that didn't glare. The picture on the monitor is excellent. Colors are vibrant and this is a good monitor for the price. The refresh rate and frame rate are fast and smooth. It would be nice to be able to control the rear LED lighting. Of course, to be honest, I haven't tested it that thoroughly. It's not that bright, and with the LED lights on my desk, I forgot it even has an LED on the back. Assembly was quick and easy. Again, the customer support was great and I'm sure they would have replaced this monitor as well, but it wasn't a big issue for me so I didn't bother. All in all this is a great product, I would advise you to have the monitors checked more thoroughly by the QA department before shipping. I will buy a second monitor from them.
