Review on Gosund Outlets Protector Charging Extender by Dawn Wilson

Just like a pair of Gosund smart plugs I ordered later failed to connect to the Smart Life app in any mode I tried. AP mode, scan and manual mode failed. I have 3 other Gosund plugs that work fine. I even removed the device from my apps and they reconnected perfectly. I suspect Gosund sent some of them with bad firmware. I will not be buying any more Gosund products, they wasted two weeks and I need to get ready for the party. Update: October 20th Tan Tan direct seller sent me a replacement and it works great. This time I used Smart Life with Autoscan and connected straight away. Alexa recognizes the whole bar, then separately each of the 3 plugs and USB as one device. I appreciate Tan Tan's attention to my problem and help in solving it. Would buy from this seller again and would buy Gosund again. Thanks very much!
