Review on 🍞 Breville BBM800XL Custom Loaf Bread Maker with Brushed Stainless Steel Finish by Damon Murray

This car has it all! This was an upgrade for my current bread maker, which I've been using for over 20 years, and it's been a real workhorse (actually I still keep it, it was a Sanyo, for kneading dough). Before buying the Breville BBM800XL I did a lot of research on the internet. I was willing to pay for a premium machine that had plenty of presets but also allowed for customization, and it suited my needs perfectly. I really wanted a machine that could bake sourdough crispbread and it was the first bread I've ever made. It turned out beautiful! I like the interior lights so you can see what's going on. I also like the feature that lets you take yesterday's bread and just reheat it for dinner with the 'Bake Only' feature. You can also take the dough out and shape it into braids or individual buns in a baking pan, then set them aside for baking. How it works is very simple. I didn't have any of the engine noise or "running" issues that some reviewers complain about. It was quieter than my old car and didn't budge an inch on my granite counter. All in all I'm very happy with this early birthday present from my husband so far. I will update if anything goes wrong.
