Automatic fruit and nut dispenser releases ingredients at the right moment during the knead phase so they are evenly incorporated within the dough. Voltage : 110–120 Volts. Defective item in small appliances

I baked a total of 6 loaves of bread. 5 whole wheat flour and 1 white bread flour. I even had a sister who was very knowledgeable about the Breville bread maker. Each time the bread was not baked at all. They weren't even warm. I think the machine is defective. I looked up what to do if your unit breaks or fails within the one year warranty period and it says send it to Breville at my expense. I am not at all satisfied with the defective device and cannot use Amazon's one-month right of return.

Gluten free in this house. i love this car There is nothing wrong with rowing.

First of all, this is my first bread maker. Coming from a celiac family, I currently only bake gluten free bread. I saw one negative review about a collapsing paddle which wasn't an issue here. The image I've attached shows the opening of a collapsing rudder. It's about 1/2 inch deep and 3/4 inch long. Depending on how you slice the bread, you'll end up with one or two slices. very happy with Breville BBM800XL Custom Loaf Bread Maker!

This car has it all! This was an upgrade for my current bread maker, which I've been using for over 20 years, and it's been a real workhorse (actually I still keep it, it was a Sanyo, for kneading dough). Before buying the Breville BBM800XL I did a lot of research on the internet. I was willing to pay for a premium machine that had plenty of presets but also allowed for customization, and it suited my needs perfectly. The best bread maker for my little family.

I'm writing this review from the perspective of someone who has never owned a bread maker but like everyone else does thorough research before purchasing an appliance. I was looking for the best bread maker on the market. it would meet the needs of my small family. I needed something that didn't require attention to work (wife) and could bake sweet breads like banana nuts (son), but wasn't limited by the size and type of bread it could bake (me).
