Review on πŸ’œ Purple Hair Mask for Blonde, Platinum & Silver Hair - Banish Yellow Hues: Blue Masque to Reduce Brassiness & Condition Dry Damaged Hair - Sulfate Free Toner by Joe Pettigrew

Revainrating 5 out of 5

WORTH EVERY DECISION.

This stuff is DEFINITELY worth the hype, price and wait. I have kept an eye on the product because of the very good rating here on Revain but every time I have checked it has been out of stock. It was FINALLY available again the other day, and I grabbed it very quickly. My hair is naturally blonde but has also been processed to a lighter blonde although I have let the processed part grow out. Having not applied anything to my hair for months, the treated bits turned coppery and yellow. That's why I decided to try this product. I watched a few YouTube tutorials and did what they did: I applied the product to my hair after using the clarifying shampoo. My hair was still damp when I applied the product as recommended. It was very purple and dirty so I did it in the shower. The whole thing was literally washed off my shower floor/walls/curtain by just spraying it with the showerhead, so no big deal. I left the product on for about ten minutes. washed out. It definitely removed some of the brassiness and cooled the tone, but I felt I could have gotten better results. While my hair was still damp, I applied the product to my hair a second time. This time I did it in front of a mirror so I could see what I was doing. I also used a comb to make sure it got into each strand. This time I got off it in 20 minutes and got exactly the results I wanted. I don't know if it's a mix of mirroring, brushing, the fact my hair wasn't as wet as the first time and also because I left it longer but this time it turned out AWESOME. I wanted a super ash blonde and that's what I got. I LOVE this product. My hair is so soft and moisturized and smells so good. What's great is that it's a decent sized glass, you'll get a lot of good out of it.
