Bought these for work. However, they were too small for my face and I couldn't wear them comfortably. In the package was a card with instructions to call the company if you weren't happy. I decided to call and see what the options are. I called the company. The agent got my order number and just started blowing my mind. Saying I just received the glasses and need to return them via Revane. I mentioned the attached card and he said it was after the first 30 days. He was about to hang up and I managed to ask him if they had bigger glasses and a similar style. He actually checked and gave me the name of another pair of glasses to try. I was happy with that. I went ahead and ordered them. I figured I could just give the first pair away or give them to my kids. The other pair was actually smaller. (The pair to which this rating applies were the points offered.) I am now returning both pairs. I rated them 3 stars for not being able to try the product, but I got even more angry writing this and downgraded the rating to 1 star due to the lack of customer services.
