I am 190 cm tall and weigh 104 kg. I ordered XXXXL (4X). It fits like a wetsuit should fit my figure; Fits snug but not "Michelin Man". I might look like a "busted cookie jar" when I sit, but that's what those of us with 6-pack abs look like. if we store 6 packs in the "soft" side cool box.
