Review on Enhanced Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Lens for Canon EF-M with Altura Photo Essential Accessory and Travel Bundle by Bernardino Suazo

Crisp quality and great lens in low light

I used a Canon m50 as my main camera for a while and wanted to save a full frame camera and lens for smaller apertures and low light work. I saw reviews for this lens on youtube and decided to give it a try before buying a brand new system. I have to say I'm incredibly impressed. The 16mm focal length is perfect for an APSC camera, and the f/1.4 aperture allowed us to shoot in near total darkness and still recover some detail in post-production. An absolute must for an inexpensive camera/lens combo for filming. The only downside I would say is the lack of lens stabilization. You rely on the camera's digital stabilization and post-processing unless you're shooting again with a tripod or using a stabilizer to balance the camera. Apart from this absolutely fantastic lens for this price range. I have a feeling we got away with a robbery!
