The cable is only connected externally to the waterfall for about 20 minutes so I can't comment on durability, value for money or weather resistance yet. All I can say is that it really stretches 50 feet, is an amazing shade of green, and makes the waterfall ripple and gurgle with a joy you only see in sci-fi movies. I like that it's not orange, but that it harmonises with the green and stone natural features of the courtyard. I foresee it being a real boon for years to come (or until I cut it in half by pruning the ivy as I sadly did with the last one). I'm sure you will appreciate this cord as much as I do.
