Battery/storage capacity very, very limited
I'm in central Florida where temps have been near 80 & sunny since I got these. Under those conditions - i.e. direct sun beating down on them for 7 hours - they emit light for about 5 hours into the night. They are always dead by 2am. Today we had our first cloudy day in a while. Lights came on at twilight, but only had enough charge to stay lit for about 1 hr. If that's what you're looking for, these are easy to set up. They're also not too bright, so you may need more than you think to get the effect you're after.
- These things are nearly indestructible. And the multicolor lights make my heart sparkle.
- May not be bright enough to fully illuminate larger outdoor areas
