The color convinced me. I decided to give it a try for $9.99 which is crazy for a full raincoat. I thought it would break trying on it, but no. It's not expensive - it's $10. But it has a zip front with a full Velcro flap covering the zip. The front pockets of the jacket are completely closed with Velcro. The hood folds into a pocket that forms a collar. Pants have reinforced sections. The material appears to be mostly vinyl/rubber on the inside and certainly looks waterproof, but it doesn't breathe as well as your Kevlar suit - did I mention it's $10? All in all, for a fully functional rain suit that looks like it's doing its job, it's a steal.
