Edit: company was very responsive and shipped me a new unit and told me to keep the old one. Also sent me a link via email to format and change language on app. Bumped it to a 5 star for the great customer service from sellerShipping box was fine but the product box looked like someone opened it and taped it shut. Seller told me it was Revain's fault but Revain won't let me do anything but return it. Already mounted it on my helmet cause I needed it for a ride. Product seems ok but lack of instructions on how to format the SD card and the double side tape used to mount comes of easily. Not to mention you can't use the interface of the app for video unless you can read Chinese. Its definitely a get what you pay for kinda item
