I was totally amazed at how good the Ysther pillows are having suffered from neck and shoulder pain for over 5 years. I buy them to try. At first I thought that a soft, thick pillow would not be able to provide the support I needed. It offered the right amount of support and the cushions are soft. Don't lose your head like you do with cheaper pillows at the bigger stores. I've been waking up pain free for a month. I sleep with a full CPAP mask and the pillows don't press down on my CPAP like my old concave foam back pillow did. With my old pillow, I wake up sweaty and with wet hair. These pillows don't get hot and you can feel cool in the pillows. I no longer wake up in the morning with sweat in my hair. I told some friends about these pillows and you can't beat the price of $30 for 2 packs. I am planning to purchase another set for my upstairs guest bedroom.
