The product arrived and was working within 3 hours. It was very easy to set up and easy to calibrate. The only issue I'm working on is a slight tension on the print. I think it has to do with the return problem. The slicer software is easy to use and works quite well, but going into the details, I can say that I need a more feature-rich slicer. I think my tension problem is related to the pullback where the included slicer program doesn't allow adjustment of the pullback. All in all a great printer, easy to use and good quality that will surely improve as I calibrate better.
