First, we don't use these cables for charging. We use these cables to power devices. We are currently running 4 HDMI splitters - 2 OREI and 2 ViewHD in one HDMI video switcher rackmount case! These cables are perfect! Expect to use these cables as well with the Gefen HDMI Detective Plus with USB, which appears to have the same cable type and performance requirements. High-quality cables withstand high loads. Little more than ultra-thin HDMI cables. Excellent value for money and quality! Use with Cargis Smart 60W Smart 60W 12A Multi USB Charger. The Cargis 6-port charger mounts on top of the push bar of Middle Atlantic's OCAP-2 2U ventilated clip shelf and is held in place with cable ties. The push bar has pre-punched holes perfect for the charger. And the StarTech cables are currently tied with cable ties. Great cable management and great device performance!
