If you exercise regularly, it is important to wear good socks to protect your feet and improve your performance. I ordered these to update my box and I am very happy with them. First, the socks appear to be of good quality. They are of good thickness and feel supported when you wear them. They also have arch compression which I like. All stitching looks great, I've washed them several times and they wear well. I've worn them to zumba sessions and running and they were very comfortable and my feet were soft and dry. Overall, I'm very happy with these socks and would definitely recommend them.
