The price is too high for plastic and some wires. I'm only giving this product two stars because of the plastic mounts and the almost $100 price tag. I installed this in my 2006 Acura TL. Brackets are made of plastic. I ended up not using them because my JVC KW-V20BT head unit fitted perfectly with the stock brackets (I could only get 3 screws on each side of the head unit instead of 4 but 3 fixed it perfectly). The front panel fits well. and cozy. There are no complaints about this. The factory amp turn-on wire, center speaker wires, and standard subwoofer wires are on a different wire bundle than the one that the included wiring harness is connected to. So be prepared to take a look at what these cables are and connect them. Also, if you connect the speaker wires of the factory amp to the speaker wires of the secondary main unit, a lot of noise will be generated because the main unit sends an amplified signal to the factory amp. I solved this problem by attaching the RCA plugs to the ends of the speaker cables going to the factory amp and connecting them to the RCA outputs on the back of the main unit. There's still some hiss, but it's greatly reduced and drowned out by the music at low volumes.
