I ordered these because one of the bowls from my previous set was chipped and they are no longer made. Unfortunately, this set arrived with a shell, ALREADY chipped, right out of the box. They were well packaged and not in the box, so we suspect the bowl was already chipped in the box. I will say they are so beautiful. Even more beautiful in reality than in the photo. However, I have already tried to replace the broken ball. I didn't even risk the exchange, I just sent them back and got my money back. Hoping to find something stronger.
