I used to buy IPOW, that was very good, but I also bought this one, Bestrix CD Slot One like me was intrigued by the CD slot mount versus the AC vent. I think this is the best mount for the following reasons: 1) it is the strongest hold. I have an iPhone 6S and love the horizontal look. This bracket allows you to do this and does not give in despite bumpy rides. The IPOW is the same vertically as this mount, but does not hold horizontally when attached to the vent. The screen always goes down when driving over bumps, but not with Bestrix. 2) The bangle extension button is a little smoother and firmer than the Ipow when removing the phone. 3) My phone is perfectly centered in the CD slot. This small distance from me is positive for easier access to my phone's screen. 4) It's available in Dark or Black so it's more discreet and it just looks like it came by car. 5) Finally, after my purchase, the owner wrote to me sincerely asking for a review, which I thought was a nice touch. I told her to make a youtube video on how to install as it has no instructions. However, the installation was intuitive and the best on the market. Finally, someone said they didn't like that it didn't have a soft base. I don't think this is cheating. It's a kind of cloth material and my phone is in a case so i don't care if that's questionable. I will buy a pair and give them away for Christmas. But I've had 3 different types of phone mounts and this is the best. **UPDATE** I feel an obligation to the owner to correct my incorrect information.
