Review on TRIXIE Pet Products Baza Tree by Jodi Johnson

I'm *SO* glad I bought this. I originally bought this because we have two brand new kittens and I want to encourage them to scratch rather than furniture. But it was actually a hammock, which is a big attraction. Both kittens love it and often snuggle up in it together. But my 13 year old cat loves it too and I often find her curled up in it. Who could blame them? It's incredibly soft and fluffy! I really appreciate its stability. My 13 year old cat is blind and can confidently jump in as it doesn't wobble at all. The frame of the hammock is very strong and I've seen it last for years. My oldest cat is only 9 pounds, but she is so sturdy and stable that I could easily see how a cat of 15 pounds and over could enjoy her. Assembly was pretty darn easy - took 2 minutes or less. The only downside is that the kittens yanked the toy off the string in a day or two, but that's not a problem. (Hey, they're still playing with the rope! :-) Even if the kittens end up destroying the scratching posts, I still leave that for the hammock.
