I really enjoyed this product the moment it arrived and went onto my baby’s feet. He did too. They look great! However, the next day, the insoles came out. Underneath was a strip of double-sided tape that was expected to hold them in place. To make it worse, the furry part that goes on top of the insole (that makes contact with Baby’s feet) was peeling back and also failing to stick to the insole. Every time I want to put them on my son, i have to remove the out-of-place insoles, unstick and flatten the fur that’s all bunched up, then slide the insoles back in. This really is a daunting process, and I’m terribly frustrated that this company could be so careless with little ones. It’s the kind of discomfort that would drive an adult crazy. ADULTS CAN COMMUNICATE. BABIES CANT! SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING SHORTCUTS AT BABY’S EXPENSE!
