I received this as a second set of dice for my husband's ice vest (which worked very well). While you have to cut them to fit the flexible freezing vest and it's not entirely accurate, it works and you have extra cubes. They last about an hour and a half, and that's under his armor and jacket in full sun. They also work great if you have a migraine in the back of your head or over your eyes, which I discovered quite by accident! Didn't even have to freeze. They were room temperature and cool enough to provide relief while I waited for Advil to take effect.
