We have a soft-sided small refrigerator that measures approximately 12 x 6 x 12. Cubes (4 strips) last a liter of ice for 30 minutes when we were in the car. Not sure if just 2 of these would keep it from melting. Next time I'll try one strip less and see how it goes.

They worked great for my use in my shop to keep Italian ice cream frozen in the fridge but I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their durability, some of at least 10 cubes ended up with holes. in them, what madness, because nothing and I mean they had nothing to pierce. I put drinks in the fridge overnight and the next morning I wrap the drinks in ice packs and stand them upright or put them in the fridge.
