The ease of use to create new forms for your team members is amazing! It's also very easy to customize how you want it designed. I dislike that there are not more templates available. You can't just pick one template and have everything match up with the rest of your site if needed. This was great when we were first starting out but now as our business grows so do our needs. We're able to track all of our campaigns through this tool which has been helpful in seeing what works best for us. Before using gain, we had no way of tracking who submitted articles, blog posts etc. Now we know exactly where they've come from. Also being able to send them directly to the editor once approved has saved me time and frustration. As well as having an easier process for my own internal staff members.
