Review on Taste Wild Protein Appalachian Valley by Natasha Thomas

I was hoping my Cavalier toy pup would like this more than my High Prairie Puppy and at first she seemed to like it. Honestly, she doesn't eat regular dry food without a topper. I mixed this with TOW High Prairie puppy food to transition her to adult food now that she is 7 months old. However, it was only when I received the product that I realized that it was an adult food that did not contain salmon oil, i.e. no EPA or DHA. If I continue to use this food I will need to supplement omega 3,6,9 fish oil with vitamin E as this breed is prone to heart disease and vision problems. Since almost no brand of croquette contains a lot of meat protein (a lot of vegetable protein), I use cooked meat as the filling. Just bought another 14 lb bag but will probably go back to the puppy mix when it runs out.
