Works best in aftermarket

I ordered this item for a 231J transfer case on my 1999 Cherokee XJ. My transfer case has a PORC egg yolk separator. It fits easily onto the larger output shaft and meshes neatly with the speedometer gear. Installation requires removal of the speed sensor, rear driveshaft, yoke, SYE tail cone and a lock ring.
