Force 22 group order is awesome. It can be a bit "touchy" to get it right, but once it does, upshifting (going to the big ring) is almost silent. Sometimes I toggle, but I never really hear the switch, I just feel more resistance. I experienced chain breaks a lot more often with this derailleur than with my previous Rival derailleur. A quarter turn of the limiter can make a world of difference for this switch. This is partly just an adaptation to the Force 22 rear derailleur. I used to have Rival rear derailleurs and it took me some effort to switch to the big ring. With the Force 22, you simply press until it clicks, then release. This makes a big difference in the number of dropped chains I get. That rarely happens now. A big plus of this switch is the yaw control. The cage rotates slightly depending on whether you are in the large or small ring. That means there is no more clipping. I can pretty much cross the chain of a ring, large or small, and get little to no chafing from the chain, if any. Since I don't usually cross the chain, that pretty much means I don't lose the chain anymore. Even if this switch cost more, it would be worth it. It has the typical SRAM shift feel, so it's not as silky as the Ultegra, but the positive stop clicks and super light shifting are top notch and much better than the Rival shifter.
