Bought these for a recent trip to the beach. I had low expectations, I bought a pack of towels without being able to feel them first. I was pleasantly surprised at the thickness of the towels, much better than some of the thinner cheap beach towels I've bought in the past. I've used them by the pool several times since taking them to the beach and I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I didn't look for a spa towel as I was expecting it to fill up with sand but I got a very comfortable towel and the size was good too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who was looking. All in all, this is the perfect towel for what I bought it for. I would recommend this towel to my friends for the same purpose and if I need more towels I will buy this kind again.
