Review on Organic Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil by Leven Rose – 100% Pure, Cold Pressed, Unrefined Anti-Aging Acne Treatment for Hair, Skin, and Nails – 1 oz by Jennifer Brown

I love this oil. This is one of my very first experiences with facial oils. While I am not an expert in facial oils and do not practice the oil cleansing method, I would like to take the time to write an in-depth review. I usually use this oil after washing my face and applying any RX products I use but under my moisturizer. I bought it on purpose because I was concerned about changing the texture of the skin around my eyes and used it with my Gua Sha stone. Nothing crazy, I'm in my early 20s, but I wanted to feel active. Every time I use it my friend comments on how my skin looks radiant and radiant the next day and he has no idea I used it. I noticed an improvement in skin texture right at the junction of the lower and upper outer corners of the eyelid. However, after a few days of use, I would say that the pores on my nose, chin and cheeks started to look a bit more clogged. but to fix it I exfoliated and used a topical antibiotic prescribed by my dermatologist and the next day everything looked pretty clear again. But with that in mind I would say if you have acne or blackhead prone skin just be careful with your application. In no case do not make your face too smooth. Having said that, I wouldn't say that you should avoid this oil as it definitely has skin conditioning benefits. Just use it as needed and watch out for skin changes after use. I now use it more sparingly on my T-zone but liberally around my eye area, also making sure to apply AFTER cleansing and incorporating it into my daily routine at will, not necessarily daily. I've been using this for two weeks now along with vitamin E oil and love how soft and glowing my skin looks most of the time. I also find my combination skin a little "normal". The seller even contacted me after delivery to see if everything arrived and met my expectations. Very excellent customer service from Leven Rose. I drink about 1/10 of a bottle so I see this will last at least 3 or 4 months. I'm really looking forward to trying more of their products and would recommend this product to anyone interested in incorporating quality oils into their skincare routine. The way I've used it before has caused clogs, but using it as a face wash oil doesn't help! This fantastic light oil is perfect for cleansing. I mix it with rosehip oil and massage into damp skin as if I were using a regular cleanser. I spritz with warm water many times, then use a damp cloth or face scrub to remove any excess residue and continue with my routine as usual. Let me tell you my skin is glowing and supple. I heard about the treasure - sea buckthorn seed oil from the famous cosmetologist Danna Omari and I will never look back. I highly recommend this product. Thank you Leven Rose <3
