I've had this fan for 48 hours. Connected via bluetooth and tried to swap rotations. The fan thermostat can be disabled in the app by pressing the thermometer icon until it turns green. The device displays OF, indicating it is powered off. ATTENTION. Do not quickly change the direction of the fans. The blue plug for these fans is fusible. After that, my fan stopped working. Luckily I have a degree in electrical engineering. Disassembled my fan and found it was a bad connector. I think this $70 product would have been better if Lasko had used fuses there instead of their solid blue fuses. If you have a problem with no power, the plug is to blame. If you use a multimeter, you should measure 200-300k ohms on both AC power cords. If you have OL or an open line. The plug is bad. Don't throw it away. Cut off the plug and add your own. Can be purchased for less than $2 in an old power strip or hardware store. I'm giving this fan 1 star because I feel like most people have this problem and will throw it away or return it. Then another one is this one. The fan is a good product.
