Review on PalmOne Infrared Wireless Keyboard Palm by Will Ridpath

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Incredibly frustrated and angry

I will not respond to the existing reviews other than agreeing with the description of the keyboard as very clunky. That was disappointing enough given Palm's reputation for making elegant products that I've come to love over the years—still. Unfortunately I bought what looks like a lemon. The device is incredibly unreliable - sometimes it works perfectly, and then about every fourth or fifth time I use it, it just doesn't respond to input for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, I'm going insane trying to get him back. I bought my phone in Belgium and Palm's European support leaves a lot to be desired. (I wrote to their online support 3 times and never got a reply.) The European support phone number isn't listed so I tried calling 3 US numbers to see if they could help. In the end I got the following results: 1) a very good Indian guy in Bangalore or something like that who seemed to be reciting from his study guide and had no idea how to help me; 2) an American who really tried to help and gave me Palm's "Executive Customer Care" who assured me they could guide me down the right path I was leading to; 3) Employee 1's colleague (though with a slightly better camouflaged Indian accent). I do not know, how to solve this problem but im incredibly disappointed with the product and even more disappointed with palm) Support phone number in Europe is not listed so I tried calling three numbers in the US to see if they could help .
