I've had several Maui's over the decades. Wanted to refresh the look but what a terrible mistake. More money and cheap glasses. I take care of my sunglasses. None of my previous models had a scratch and never had to be adjusted. I want those terribly cheap glasses back. UPDATE: Called Maui customer service. Very polite but helpless. They want to charge you $75 to replace the glass after the inspection. They were very nice and waived the $13 processing fee. No more Maui Jims. Starting with a cheap foldable triangular "suitcase" (if you can call it a suitcase). No more hard case with zipper. I cut corners on everything. I won't pay $75 to change lenses. Terrible quality. Maui just lost a regular customer.
