As someone who is super sensitive to crappy electroplated jewelry when a bit of silver or gold wears off, I was pleasantly surprised by this. I had them for about two weeks without any reaction. Nothing blushes, no green dirt from the awful metal, nothing. Now that they've arrived, I've got a few things done. I soaked them in peroxide, then rinsed them off and placed them in warm, soapy water in my ultrasonic jewelry cleaner (I highly recommend buying one of these). It may have helped stop some people from responding. I have the next larger set and they stand out. They have a beautiful sheen and shine. The smallest size is really tiny and probably won't fit anyone. The middle four are probably the best, and the biggest is a bit much. We'll see if they last long, but they were definitely worth the low price.
