Review on 👜 RTIC Soft Cooler Insulated Bag: Leak-Proof, Zippered Portable Ice Chest for Travel, Lunch, Work, Cars, Picnics, Beaches & Trips by Steven Brouillard

Ordered this fridge as a Father's Day gift. It was perfect for trips to the pool or a picnic. The cool box worked well until October when suddenly the zipper broke. We tried different things to fix the flash and sort of get it going again. When we couldn't fix it, we contacted RTIC about the issue. They asked us to send photos and proof of purchase and to explain what happened. We submitted this information on November 26, 2018. Since then we have heard absolutely NOTHING. We didn't expect a replacement, but we felt we deserved at least an answer. After googling RTIC-Zip issues I found that we are not the only ones in this situation. RTIC has good stuff at reasonable prices, but the quality is clearly not there. Customer service isn't impressive either. I would not recommend this product.
