At first I was skeptical because it had bad reviews let's face it not all products are perfect no matter if its $5 dollars or $50 sometimes we just get crap this pillow is AMAZING its soft yet firm looks just like the pic now it is self rising so when you take it out of its zipper bag and wrapping it will take about 20 mins to fully rise I have neck problems and back problems and it gives my neck the support it needs so I'd say buy it its well worth it
