I love this product. It doesn't work with my USB port on the back of the TV. The tv immediately shows a code on the screen, the voice port was overloaded or something, and turning the tv off and then back on to reset it. Tried lowering the brightness per the written instructions but that didn't work either, it was such a big problem as i wanted to turn the lights on more often than when just the tv was on. I ended up using a 6 port power outlet with built in USB ports to plug the light in directly. Before installing, I cleaned the back of the TV with a vacuum cleaner. with a clean cloth and then wiped everything down with rubbing alcohol and let it evaporate. Used masking tape to spread everything out (very glad I did) and then peeled off the red backing to reveal a bit of the masking tape underneath. My wife helped by lifting it in the air so I could keep everything going. As you can see from a photo of the back of my TV, it turned out really well. I couldn't lay the corners flat but I'm still happy with them. I hope they last many years. They are very beautiful and fun to look at. Will be quite a conversation piece too.
