Easy to use software. Great customer service. Flexible pricing options. Customer service is great! They are always willing to help you with any questions or concerns that you have. I wish there was a way for customers to be able to set up recurring payments through SnowcatCloud so it's not as much of an issue when you need to cancel your subscription. We have been using SnowcatCloud since they first launched and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Snowcat Cloud has helped us with our snow removal needs by providing us with the ability to track our fleet of equipment and give us real time updates on how our equipment is performing.
