I'm sorry for the people with negative reviews of this product. I hope this gets fixed for you. I got it last week and it has been working non-stop and so far it's just great! I like the ability to email photos to the frame and control the organization of the frame. Now when I leave the house and take a picture with my smartphone, Vala! Straight to the email frame! No more worrying about never seeing that photo again. I bought a 64GB card along with a frame to finally capture all the digital moments I've scattered on discs and the like (I know a lot of you do too). Get a frame, it works. simply good. Get a card too, you'll appreciate the extra room. There is also a card reader. The remote works great, the build quality is solid and the 10" bezel is almost perfect - I think an 8" bezel would be too small for me. The frame does a great job flipping photos for proper alignment, smart framing, love it. There are so many positive things to say, but I really don't think it's necessary.
