I have already bought this product and was quite satisfied with it. I reordered it and when I opened the package and opened the mascara the gold handle came loose from the brush - like the glue had dried. I realized that I didn't need a fancy pen to use the product, but it should be an indication that the product inside was also dry. I have used the product several times in the morning but I no longer want to wear dry mascara on my eyelids. I'm really disappointed that this product didn't meet my expectations. My colleagues use this product and this supplier offered the cheapest price on the web. I would rather not buy this through my local showroom because it's expensive. I think now I have to.
