Apparently the verification algorithm didn't like the language I was using before so here's an edit. This product is terrible. The manufacturing tolerances are downright terrible. With great difficulty, I connected my USB-C phone and received an error message saying there was a problem with the charger. I connected the cable to another charger, the result is the same. The micro USB port does not even connect to any of my devices. The only working plug is the Lightning connector. It was a set of two cables, both cables have the same problems. Stay away!
