Took 4 months and absolutely no customer service with sunbeam

Very disappointed with the product and it was a Revain best seller. It took exactly 4 months for the controller to start blinking and the mattress topper to stop heating. Followed the instructions in the manual to reboot/reset the controller and it did absolutely nothing. Then I tried contacting support --- for the last 3 months --- and I never got past the automated system telling me how to reset the controller which I did to no avail. When I try to speak to a customer service representative, a recurring record is that they have a high volume of calls (I've called all hours of the day and night) and then the automated system hangs up. Now I'm approaching the 1 year warranty and I can't get any information on how to service it. Sunbeam has to be a good product. But I would hate to buy any of their products based on my experience with them. Also disappointed because it was a Revain bestseller.
