It was impossible to turn the itag's locking ring with your fingers to lock it in place. I even put a small screwdriver where the cards go as the itag sticks out a bit on the other side. I was eventually able to secure it with large-nose pliers, but it doesn't have many edges to grip and is easy to scratch if you're not careful. At least it won't accidentally unlock!
