He is a fan of all classes but not a master at anything. I bought this fan for a family trip to Disney World but it was too bulky for my needs. I used the feet that came with the fan to attach it to the stroller, but in hot Florida, the fan wasn't strong enough to feel the breeze. That being said, I think there are a few specific use cases that I think this product would be useful for. For example, if you need a small portable fan for your desktop or home, this fan is perfect. Another use case would be camping where you can use your legs to wrap the fan around something. What it's not good for is when you're on the go and need something portable. It is too bulky for that and is more suitable for stationary use. Overall it's a good fan, but I feel like it's trying to do too many things. You can hang it from a wire, you can wrap it around the back of your head with your legs, you can put it on a hard surface, or you can wear it on your feet. Don't buy this fan if you need it on your trip to Disney World. If you need a good fan at work, this could be a good choice.
