My friend and I are tired of struggling with bedside lamps so we decided to go down this route. Installation was relatively easy since plugins were used. Brightness, color temperature, everything worked as described. There might be an opportunity for improvement. I want both remote controls to be paired with both lamps. The problem is that the light is only connected to one remote control at a given time. So we can either have one remote control for both of us or two separate remote controls that cannot control the other side. For example, if my girlfriend falls asleep with her light on, I can only turn off her light if we both use the same remote control and she is on my side and vice versa, or I walk around the bed to grab her remote control. I'm also concerned about the lack of any physical control other than on/off in case the remote is lost/damaged/inoperable.
