I thought it was like a Laneige night mask, but it's a lip balm. Although it works just as well. My lips haven't dried out or flaked off since I've been wearing them. It lasts forever. I probably apply once a day. It's thicker than petroleum jelly. no smell It comes with an applicator which is for aesthetics but not practical. Due to the way the glass is made and because it's so thick I find it best to scoop some up with the tip of my pinky finger and apply it like this, I don't think it will last more than two months . but for the price I think it's ok.
